The Ringer is my FAV. Their burgers on Hawaiian rolls are so delectable!! The service is always on point, and the beer list is great- 2 off during happy hour.

I want to give this place a 4.5, and there are days when I would've given it a 5, but a 4 is accurate and fair. This place has my hands-down favorite impossible burger. You used to be able to get it for 6 and it was the perfectly portioned treat, at least for me. It still is, it just costs 10 now instead. This did not keep me from ordering it through DoorDash delivery the other day. I used to go here on my lunch break or after work and have a good meal of the burger. This time around I ordered tater tots and french fries on the side. I'd had the tater tots before but to my surprise I prefer the french fries! They're really good. The tater tots seemed really bland next to them. In the future, I'll order the impossible burger and the fries and (gasp!) forget the tots. The burger did not retain its heat in the delivery travel, but I still devoured it. It's always a messy eat--make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand--but that's part of the fun/it's totally worth having the sauce drip all over while you eat. I don't eat eal meat\ so I can't speak to the rest of the burgers and dogs, but I can say that the toppings provide the perfect balance of flavors. When you could/can get there for happy hour pre/post-pandemic, they do have a great selection of beers and a lovely outside dining area with communal picnic tables.
Love the food and the people. Drinks are good and they have a pretty good variety to choose from.
Came out with a friend to finally try some German food and this place was pretty decent. I'm very into sour beers at the moment, so I knew I had to try the sour beer here. I was expecting there to be a bit more sourness, but it slightly lacked. The sour beer at Gourmet Haus Staudt in Redwood City is one of the better German sours.. The food was pretty good here. Nothing screamed out and stood amongst the others, but it was fun to be able to try something that isn't very prevalent in the Bay Area. The staff however were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would probably come back to try and defeat the boot... maybe.
Terrible first time experience. Gf and I ordered the hot chick and waited a very long time just to get home and notice the chicken in the sandwich was undercooked had to throw the whole thing out. Reached out to doghaus never got a response so bad food bad service never coming here again. Funny to see how you guys respond only to positive feedback.
