They did not deliver anything close to arrangement I purchased online and I asked them to correct a error on my card and they said they did and did not. I Would not use again . Below is what they sent vs what I purchased. They claim it is the same flower arrangement and they have not had the vase posted for over a year now, I even paid for it to be deluxe so that it was bigger. I couldn’t believe how cheap this arrangement looked, it was embarrassing to have sent a flower arrangement of such poor quality. The customer service was also very poor, they couldn’t tell me if the item had been delivered. Went I sent them the pictures of what they sent me and spoke to them on the phone, they had the nerve to blame the quality on covid and said I was fortunate because no one wants to deliver flowers right now , which is false.

I came here for Mother’s Day to purchase an arrangement for my grandmother and a close friend. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Paula, who assisted me with my purchase. She offered me lots of choices, such as different types of flowers and the vase I could choose. She did a very good job, and when I got home my grandmother loved her flowers. I will definitely be coming here again instead of going to Vons or Home Depot. Thank you Paula for the customer service.
I had them put a Bottle of Chestnut Farms Bourbon worth 100 and I specifically asked to choose high quality snacks, the basket was so cheap looking . I'm NOT impressed at ALL with the 80 gift basket I ordered. First of all a box of Graham cracker, maple leaf Cracker with a few fruit was NOT worth the price I paid for. Very disappointed!!!
Flowers are not what they looked like online when my husband ordered them for me for our anniversary. I appreciate his sweet gesture. But for the price, they could be so much better!
Very disappointed in the flower arrangement that I ordered from this place.It was supposed to look like a beautiful pink birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday.Whomever created it had no sense of artistry and basically stacked maroon mums with something that looked like broccoli on top of each other.I paid extra because I wanted it better than that arrangement that was shown on the website.Paying more you would expect a few roses and hydrangeas or something that would be beautiful but unfortunately this was not the case. The only good thing was it got delivered to my daughter in a timely manner.Would not recommend you choosing this florist.Poor communicator and no artistic vision.I would have been more satisfied if she would have at least called me back to address my issues but she simply avoided speaking to me.
