I had my appointment today at 12.45 pm. Check in was at 12.30. Having driven for 28 miles I arrived early at 12.09 pm (as it was a new place for me and I had no idea about the building, parking, etc.). I checked in as early as 12.15 pm. My wait time was long as they took me in after 1.15 pm (which never experienced at the Glendora location. The worst thing was I had to pay 6.25 for parking. The delay was beyond my control. - Deepani K.

I had pretty good experience with this branch for mammogram and ultrasound services. The front office clerks was pretty okay. Clean place for sure. The problem for this location is the parking, we need to pay for parking in their parking building, that's unlike any other imaging centers I went to

Had a standard procedure done by Pearle she is the best ! She took her time and looked for anything and everything , even stopping to consult a doctor twice with her findings . I felt totally comfortable with her , the place is clean and very beautiful state of the art with a floor to ceiling fountain and big screen tvs , large and spacious waiting room . Happy to know this place is in my network !

Correcting my original review because I wrote it when I was upset and I only focused on what went wrong which isn't a fair review. My 1st Pet Ct Scan procedure went smoothly and the report was sent to the correct office but my 2nd procedure had a hiccup as the computer system had pulled up my doctor's other work address and fax number. Heather was the technician who helped me during both my appointments and she made the process less scary. Michael (mgr) called me to let me know they would Fed Ex my report to my doctor and would also send an encrypted email as well. When staff make you feel like you matter and that they care is what sets a place apart from the rest and it's truly appreciated. Thank you!

clean and technicians are friendly with good bedside manners. If you don't have a referral with you but is with the doctor, you won't be seen.
