I called the Small Claims Dept. and spoke to female clerk who was not able to provide me information but will forward the information to the male clerk to call back to provide with status of the postponement. Never received a call. After 10AM, you can not reach anyone, and if you're lucky enough, your call will be routed back to recording and call is disconnected. I tried after 30 calls, a male answered and I hear the background that they were having a party!! during call hours! Bunch of lazy worthless clerks!

It astounds me that people are so opposed to doing anything but the absolute bare minimum. I called in today asking about a specific legal form and was told that I cannot be helped and that I would have to navigate the website myself. When I asked why the woman on the phone could not help guide me she said, \What do you mean why can't I help you?! I have other calls to answer!\ This was around 1:12 pm today. I can only hope this individual eventually gets reassigned to a position where she will be hidden from the general public.
Ok, so i called the number above because i need to reschedule a court date. And i asked the person on the phone what can i do ? And he said he wasn't sure i would have to call the Resource Ctr. I mean if you answered the phone, SHOULDN'T YOU KNOW WHAT FORMS i should use ? and he said Yes. Ugh. Then i call that self help line and a recording says all lines are bussy!!!
Had to call 8 times. Got hung up on. Still didn't receive any help. The \gentleman\ in the traffic department was very unprofessional and rude. I understand that the courthouse is in place for the people. We, the people pay for these services! Frankly I don't like being disrespected by someone who is intended to help us..
