I come here regularly, because I always get a good deal, and the staff is well-informed and very helpful. I do price comparisons with used gear on Craigslist, and PIAS often has lower prices. Plus, PIAS gives you the option of buying used or new gear, and the new gear is very competitively priced as well. Also, free parking, which is a big bonus in my book! Lastly, they have a rewards program where you can very quickly rack up 5 dollar and 10 off credits. Highly recommended.

Customer service isnt that great. You can go into the store feeling unnoticed. However, i will give them 5 stars because of the fact that im a complete introvert so i can careless and because i found what i was looking for.
