I first found Rich Morton Mazda service center several months ago when I had my car towed there for an emergency situation. They were so friendly and helpful during that visit that I decided to go back to them yesterday for regular maintenance. Once again they were fantastic!. Professional, skilled, and honest. Great work at a fair price- and a comfortable lounge to relax while I waited for my car.

I was looking throughout the Maryland/DC/VA area for a 2020 Mazda 6 Touring Sedan in White. During COVID-19 this is no easy task due to limited supply and change of the model year. I had contacted several dealers who wanted me to come in even though they did not have the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I contacted Rick Morton Mazda via the internet and began working with Richard Wade - Sales Representative. I was a pleased to work with Richard and they had the exact car that I was looking for. We went on a test drive and they got down to the business at hand. In the end is all comes down to making the numbers work and after working with Richard and the Sales Manager we came to a fair and equitable deal on the car. Next I had to work with the Finance Manager to finalize the deal and I drove home in the exact car that I was looking for!
