I have used their services in the past several times and been happy. I'm no longer happy. They don't answer the phone - ever. I made an appointment to get some canvas fixed, showed up, and no-one even came to the door. They say they are open on their door, but they apparently aren't. Not sure what happened to them, but I'm going to find another shop.

outstanding customer service Did a fine job replacing our boat canvas/curtains 2 yrs ago. The large vinyl panels in the aft curtain clouded up.Steve came to see, took the curtain, replaced the vinyl and brought it back promptly at no charge.I think the damage was due to me using the wrong cleaner but they stood by their product no questions asked.
We have used Shoreline for 15 years for the installation and repair of coverings for our concert pavilion. They do great work and are extremely accommodating. Most of the time we have to have our repairs done and returned on the same day and Steve is always willing to work us in. If you're thinking of using them to cover or enclose your structure, do it, you won't be disappointed.
