From start to finish we received the personal attention and follow up from the amazing Amanda Pomeroy. She provided legendary service. The shades have been installed for a few months now and everything is working perfectly. We have received many compliments from people have seen our shades. The Shade Store exceeds expectations!

Poor quality and worst quality service! 60,000 worth of headaches. Chain with paint that came off, mechanisms that came in broken, different length fabrics on the same wall. All we got is excuses and finger pointing at us as if it is our fault for their inability to produce and install a quality product. The installers were not helpful and mostly rude. The store and offices are giving us the run around. They got our money and now “too bad”. They don’t care about their customers and are making us “chase” them. I finally was contacted by a person who was able and willing to help. She scheduled the service for the next day and issued a credit as an apology. We appreciate her efforts and the fact that there is still someone who is competent working for the corp.
