Crowded and mask were not enforced. There was barely any room to actually jump with out bumping Into someone let alone sit down to take a break. Would not go back. Definitely need to have to sanitize when you leave

This place was really fun. The passes are limited time on Friday-Sunday which is doesn't mention on their website. We got the ultimate pass which lasts for 2 1/2 hours. You have to wear their socks with rubber slip resistant bottoms which are 2.50 a pair. No outside food or drinks but their prices arent too bad. 2 for a large bottle of water or soda. They had meal combos for about 6. Pretty basic options, hot dogs, pizza, chicken strips and cheese sticks. The kids working here are really nice. You hardly find that at places like these.

Amazing workers! I brought all 4 of my children, 3 whom are autistic and they were very accommodating and understanding and engaging with them. We will definitely be coming back. So much love to yalls employees!

We decided to take our kids to U.A. a few days ago and were not pleased with the cleanliness of this place. As we walked around, we noticed stains and trash on the floor mats. The very dim jungle gym area across from concessions had trash (cups, paper) along the wall where it is fenced off. The mats inside were stained and sticky. We've enjoyed this place in the past but now given the circumstances, seems like cleanliness is not priority.

Great place for active kids and adults can join in on most features, tons to climb , crawl, jump, even dodgeball, great facility so much so we already booked a birthday party and purchased season passes, and to add to the excitement the lighting glows random colors of neon, go visit! Go play!
