Historical plaque inscription: This official Olympic Flagpole was used at Squaw Valley, California in the pageantry ceremonies of the VIII Olympic Winter Games held in February 18 - 28, 1960. Walt Disney, Chairman of Pageantry. Note: This is one of thirty flagpoles from Squaw Valley relocated around the world with the same plaque attached. The flagpoles were part of the first-ever Olympic Opening Ceremony spectacle, created by Walt Disney, who said “Nothing is more important than creating lasting goodwill among our visitors“.

This art piece is definitely something you'll want to visit at least once while in Wrigley Mansion. If not for the surreal experience of seeing 202 street lamps in one place, then at least for the cool picture opportunities.

One of the highlights of the Wrigley Mansion is it's rose garden. Coming into full bloom now. Beautiful variety of roses on display. Free street parking on Arbor, no admission fee.

There is so much land, laid way back from the street, that you feel as if you are in your own little private world. Very peaceful. The main buildings were all closed because it was Sundsy, but enjoyed sitting in the gazebo with several benches. It's just a beautiful place to see and be at. I didnt know it at first but the owner, Mr. Wrigley, was the one who created Wrigkwy gum.
