Nice people but unexplained costs when moving out. Spent hours and hours cleaning, even had people who clean professionally help clean the house but charged 1200 for cleaning (no details). I have no idea what they cleaned. They charged 500 to clean the carpets when we already washed and cleaned them. Also charged 250 for a clogged sink and installation of closet doors (which we asked them to install when we moved in and they never followed up). We spent a month without a bedroom for them to fix water damage. Pretty disappointed, especially since we dealt with all the maintenance problems (leaky showerhead, broken dishwasher, dryer that stopped drying and would continually have problems) without complaints and never rushing them. The maintenance workers were all really nice and helpful. List of charges also took over a month and only after I asked for it. I had a 2400 security deposit and I received nothing and they say I owe them 300. The one charge that is correct and makes sense are some wall repairs and painting due to our children's drawing on them. But I have rented with 10 other companies or families and have never had anything like this happen. Very selfish and disappointing behavior by Passadore.

I applied to rent a property. Additional fees were added on due to having pets, perfectly understandable. However, based on information that was available when that initial quote was given, those fees were drastically increased in a subsequent quote. It turns out they hadn't even processed my background check when that happened. I mentioned that I had applications out at other properties, due to the slow processing, since I hadn't been approved yet. They bypassed my application and rented it to another person. Overall; very poor communication, no viable explanation on the inflated fees, and incredibly unprofessional handling of the entire matter. When I tried contact by phone due to a complete lack of response to my emails, the website listed in their phone recording was non-viable, and the receptionist disconnected me repeatedly prior to putting a connection through to the property manager, Cassie, which was so poor it was barely functional.

I was genuinely happy with Passadore Properties. Robbie, the property manager that I worked with was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I discovered the listing for the home on Padmapper and was able to quickly get in touch with the company. They made my experience very easy, accessible and pain free. I believe they charge a reasonable price for the rental, were attentive to home maintenance and we never had a problem contacting them with questions or concerns. A gardener would come to work on the property and that was an incredible relief to not have to take care of the lawn and plants. The rent was easily paid online and attached to a bank account to prevent excess fees and complications. A sixteen month lease was signed which is unusual for the city and a great incentive for the property. There was a problem with the oven, we contacted Robbie and he immediately sent someone over to fix the problem at their expense. I would gladly rent through Passadore Properties again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great rental company.

I rented from Passadore for the last 6 years. They were very helpful before us moving in to the property by walking us through the property and making a list of things that needed attention before or after moving in. The house needed a new fridge and we even had a say as to what kind or color fridge we wanted. Although we really did not need a lot of things fixed during our stay, a faulty washer was replaced very quickly. The other two maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely fashion as well. During moving out, we needed additional time as the moving company underestimated the space needed for all the furniture. Eddie was very kind and allowed us to use an extra day to move out. They were also very helpful a few years back when I missed adjusting my monthly auto payment to keep up with the increased rent. I really cannot think of a single frustrating or negative experience and would recommend them very highly.

I was a tenant within the Passadore portfolio for almost 3 years and had a great experience and relationship with all the staff. Every interaction was courteous, professional and timely. When repairs were required to the roof, a Passadore representative was on site to assess and coordinate the repair in a few days. The online management system was a huge benefit, allowing me to pay rent and submit work requests electronically from any device. While searching for a larger rental, Passadore staff helped identify options within their portfolio and had it worked out I would have happily stayed as a Passadore tenant. I would highly recommend anyone renting to consider Passadore as a top tier option in the Portland metro area. I have been a tenant of Passadore Properties for three years. I have nothing but good things to say about the owner, Eddie and his team. This company is respectful, fair, and family oriented. Plus they are open on Saturday! Passadore made the renting and renewal process easy and seamless. The few times we have needed repairs, they were here promptly and did the job right. I am happy to have found a rental company that takes stress away instead of adding to it.
