After finding a mouse in my apartment for the first time, I panicked and set up an appointment. I ended up being charged 240 just for the exterminator to lay down a few mouse traps. When I called to ask about getting points of entry sealed off I was given a long-winded, non-sensical explanation on how the service can not be provided. Needless to say, I was left feeling scammed as I could've placed mouse traps myself for a much cheaper price. Please avoid this place if you are having issues with mice, as you will be charged a high price for very minimal intervention!

Horrible experience, unreliable and unresponsive. Made an appointment for someone to come by a rental property between 11:30a and 12:30p, when nobody had showed up by 12:45p called to see when someone would be there and after many rings it went to voicemail. Called back a number of more times between 12:45 and 1:15p, calls went straight to voicemail. Never got a call saying the crew was running late and never got a response to any of my messages I'm not sure what the quality of their service is but if its as good as their customer service I'd steer clear. There are a lot of other exterminators in northern Jersey, used one of them, that's what I'm going to do.

After moving into a new apartment we called All Garden Pest for an inspection and preventative plan as we had heard there were critters in the building. I really did not know what I was looking for, but the receptionist who answered the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. Se walked me through a plan that was surprisingly thorough and reasonably priced. She even recommended some products, but was not pushy and suggested waiting for the technician's assessment so I did not pre order things I may not need. When the technician arrived for the service he was very professional and thorough as well. He explained everything that he was doing and made us feel at ease. He was also very conscious of the fact that we have a little dog while he was treating the apartment. It has been months, and while there was a building meeting about bugs and pests we have not seen one example. I have already been back to their office for more products, and have recommended them to all of our neighbors. Worth every penny we spent for the peace of mind and safety of our home.

I had a bed bug issue in my home and was worried about my child getting bit. Not being familiar with these type of bugs I searched for a pest control company in my area and reached out to All Garden State. They were very informative and I felt comfortable in having them come out to treat my place. They gave me enough time to prepare for the treatment and came out within 48 hours! One time was enough to take care of the problem.
