Literally the best made and most rugged case I have ever owned. I use one of their double gusset cases with flap opening. The case has retained its shape and somehow the leather still looks crisp after 4 years! I am a heavy duty user of these cases and even the most expensive ones have not had the lifespan that this one has had. I load up the case so it is exceedingly heavy - a part of the handle just broke. So I am about to test their repair service, but judging by how well they made the case, I can only assume they honor their product's repairs.

The bag I bought looks nice but functionally has several issues. These guys say they have a warranty but good luck if you need to make a claim. Finally, their headquarters is very rundown.
