This company is a scam. I sent my HP cartridges on July 24, 2020. In have an offer in writing saying they would pay me 225.00. I haven't heard a word yet.

Payment was quick, but I really feel like I was ultimately screwed over. I shipped out 6 toners, brand new, never opened, factory sealed yet this company decided to reduce the agreed payment on ALL of them from 75 to 46, yet they still haven't provided CLEAR images alleged said \damages and dings\ The images that were provided were extremely blurry photos (like a toddler took them). I'll go with a competitor next time.

This is a great way to clear out old toner cartridges that you do not have printers for any longer and you get money back for them. I was not sure at first but it was worth the effort and time. Great company and very professional and the turn around is very quick. they communicate through the whole process. Thanks
A wonderful way to get ink from dead printers out of the office. Quick and easy to use with a fast turn around. The only thing I would recommend is having a more complete option check off for describing the product for sale in the beginning. After I got an offer and before I went to ship, I was asked to verify certain things about the condition of the product. Like were the boxes written on? I would have liked to know to check this kind of thing when I was initially listed the product. Other than that, this is a great site, and I would recommend it to anyone.
