Passwater's Auto is my favorite auto repair shop by far hands down the best. Everyone there is always super nice and always keep you entertained while waiting with all their crazy stories and awesome personalities. it may sound bad to say but I kind of look forward to when I get in a wreck I get to go take my vehicle into Passwater's. They have a great history with broad ripple and have been around for a very long time. When you choose Passwater's you will understand why I choose them and I think they will be around for a lot longer.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I can't begin to describe what a nightmare this was. I needed to have my front bumper replaced. They gave me a decent quote and could get me in quickly. Told me done in one day, but it took two. No worries. However, when I got it back the daytime running lights didn't work. They actually told me, "The tech didn't think you cared about those." Seriously?!?! Why on earth would I want all the front lights to work? They told me they would order the part and let me know when it arrived. Never heard from them. Called and was told the person I dealt with left the company, but they would look into it and get back to me. Crickets. They finally told me I needed to bring the car in so the tech could take the bumper off again to determine what needed to be done. I dropped it off at 8:30 am. At 3:30 pm I had to call to find out what was going on. I was told they were still trying to figure it out. Worst of all, they told me, "Hey, you just paid us to put a new bumper cover on." So, they were clearly going to charge me more to fix the lights. Unbelievable. I tried leaving zero stars, but Google wouldn't let me. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!

We were very pleased with the courteous and efficient service we received. They kept us informed as to the progress and expected time that our car would be done. Aaron went out of his way to make sure the parts that were needed were received and the work was finished before Christmas. Angela in the front office was also very pleasant. Our experience with Passwater's was very positive and will use them again if needed. Thanks Guys!

They are by far the fastest and the most efficient body shop I have seen. They replaced the bumper on my car in 24 hours !!! And it was about 300 bucks cheaper than some of the bigger brand name body shops on 96th street. Would definitely recommend.

My wife's Mazda CX-9 had a rear bumper cover replaced and painted to match. I am a car nut (result of spending years in the auto industry) and obsessed with perfect appearance and performance of my vehicles. I also expect perfection when it comes to automotive repair. Often times I see cars come from body shop with poor paint match, runs, flaws in clear coat, tape lines, missing hardware, etc. Sadly, craftsmanship is a lost art with so many automotive repair shops. I am so happy to see that Passwater's is a top notch facility that must employ people that take care and pride in their workmanship. The car was repaired properly, the paint color matching was very good (not always easy to do on light metallic colors), and the car was finished in record time (dropped it off Monday and was ready next day). It was washed, vacuumed and ready to go. Bruce and the entire crew were really easy to work with. Highly recommended. I just hope I won't have to see them very soon but with my wife's driving you never know ;-)
