Wow! What can I say? Delicious South American Ecuadorian food. Very nice food at great prices as well as good portion size. I would recommend this spot to anyone. Also this restaurant is impeccably clean with plenty of parking space.
Amazing first time visit. Truly authentic Ecuadorian food. The restaurant is in the heart of Patchogue and is among the cleanest of places I have visited. The service friendly and very attentive. If I could give more than five stars, this would be a place to receive them. My new favorite place. Great job La Gran Amazonia!
I heard great things about this place and decided I would go there with my family. The service was terrible!! We waited about 20 mins just for our drink order to be taken. When we were approached by staff, she just asked if we were ready to order? She told us she would bring something out while we waited for the order and never came back. Every other table was being helped and constantly approached except ours. The food was ok. I honestly think any other place would have been a better option. I do not plan on going back.
I didnt get her name but the young woman working the front was very sweet and helpful. Walking in the store was very very clean well lit and nice to look at. Bar was stocked and clean. The food was a little pricey but worth it for that authentic flavor, it was so good! I ordered the chicken and it was delicious and the rice was cooked perfectly I’m definitely going back.
I would start off by saying it is a must. I went on over, the service was amazing the the food was on point. They were very busy that day, yet they served me Quicker than your average restaurant. I would highly recommend this place, would even consider catering meals from here as well. You won’t know until you try for yourself :) So don’t miss out
Great food, soft music and not loud, very comfortable, amazing job to the chef, hope dont change the price or taste of food.
I am no recommending this place!!. The "caldo de bolas" meat tested spoiled. And the "sopa de gallina" contained a full chicken leg so hard to chew, even to cut it with a knief and that cannot be eaten. This food was not well prepared. Sloppy cooked. Sorry, this is not a typical ecuadorian food...
