Wow, I'm amazed of this place. Costumer service is awesome! Its very clean and has great costumer service. Its the best water I have ever tasted.

when i mean this place has the best water i mean it. wow im in shock their customer service is on the top level and they care for each and everyone of their clients. i really recomend this place.
The owner is ignorant, he refused to provide me with the PPM level he said for me to go back to his store to meet him in person later in the day so he can see my face and who I am. He told me (in not so many words) he was worried about someone inquiring about the water quality, that they may be interested in opening another water supply store near his. I asked him why would that matter? Anyone can test the water. He got upset and said ”then you go buy it and test it” then hung up. When I tried to call back, my call was ignored. This makes me believe his water quality is not the best, so he got defensive? Regardless customer service is not even decent.
Carlos and the whole team were so supportive and nice to set my family up with a water dispenser and 4 (5)gallon waters with delivery! Incredible customer service and pricing
There was one young guy working on 09/17/2019 at 11am. I live next door, my brother have account with them and he knows me very well and sees me everyday. He refused to sell me water because because my brother wasn’t there with me. He kept my bottles demanding I have to pay the price without membership. No problem there is another place down the road.
