Tried many Shawerma places in Paterson and in NYC. This place has the most generous chefs, super tasty food and the most home-sensed spot yet! I’m constantly entertaining in my home and catering is a must with as many guests as I have. Each event I like To have variety, so I cater from all types of restaurants; I recently chose Mal El Sham as one of them. The food was the biggest hit at my event!! Such a hidden gem, a must try! You will get addicted. Oh and I must Mention the hospitality of the owners and staff! So welcoming and courteous.

One of my favorite places in Paterson. The chicken is never dry, good amount of meat and always flavorful. Whenever I pass by I always grab 10 sandwich shawarma to go for later consumption. Keep up the great work guys.
The cheif is very pleasant, radiating with energy and this means the food is cooked from the heart and with good vibes.

It’s unbelievable how delicious their food is. Both shawarma chicken and beef are so delicious and very authentic as if you’re in Syria. Mashallah. Everyone should try it!!!
