This is a legit NO NON-SENSE dealership! The whole car buying process was straight forward. Tara and Matthew are like the dynamic duo of the dealership. Tara is very helpful and customer service oriented. She listens to what you want and tries to accommodate your wishes. She also follows up with you. I bought a 2012 Impala for my son from here. We've had the car for about 2 months now and it's a very good car just as it was advertised (reconditioned/passed MD inspection). I wasn't happy with the head lights and wanted them buffed but the detail shop did not have the pads to do the job so Matthew gave me a 'we owe you' for the head lights. When I went back to pick up the tags Matthew had the head lights buffed--no issues/problems or questions asked. I was there for about an hour though instead of the 10 minutes that was written on the 'we owe you'. I would recommend you call and set up an appointment before you go so you know who you are going to be working with because there's not much of a 'check-in' system and if there is one it is not blatantly obvious for people who just walk in off the street.

This was the most painless car buying experience we've ever had! Our sales guy, Joe Frey, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and everyone here was helpful and very straightforward. No haggling or shmoozing — we got exactly what we were expecting, she exactly what we saw on the website. Not only are their prices very fair, but we also got a great financing interest rate because of their relationship with Capital One — would definitely recommend to anyone, and would certainly come back in the future!
