I visited here today. Again we wait for over 30 just to get in the building. Product is excellent but the tented in line was crudely constructed and caused confusion. Great pre-rolls got eight bucks and I also bought some other flower hybrid which I am quite pleased with overall . If they can fix the mess with the tent area I will boost up my review.
In the interest of full disclosure, I was never very pleased with Patriot Care in Lowell from the start. Compared to other dispensaries around, the product was slightly less good and the price slightly more high. The final straw came recently when I came in to purchase some flower as a medical customer, I was told the medical system was down. I could still get what I ordered, but I could not get the price I was promised that day because I had to purchase as a recreational customer. Don't worry though because I would be credited the difference the next time I came in. The next time I came in they would not honor their promise to credit me the difference, even with a printed receipt and printout of my original order. This is poor business management at best, and flat-out dishonesty at worst.
This dispensary is very convenient for a medical patient. Parking is accessible and the medical lines are usually quite short. Staff has always been so very kind and polite, making the experience quick and easy. This dispensary is my first choice when I need to get in and out with some good bud :)
TERRIBLE communication to patients. I received a text a few days ago stating new hours of closing at 7p until February 2nd. Today is Feb 3rd, I worked all day and couldn't get there until 7:10p. Called before 7p to confirm they're open until 9p again, and the phone message confirms open until 9p. Here I am at Patriot Care at 7:10p and you're closed! There goes being able to sleep tonight. I at all costs will go to a different dispensary from now on.
