Matt is a very professional and courteous medical transport provider. He goes the extra mile to give great and thorough attention to detail to the comfort needs of the client. He takes especially extra care during this Covid pandemic to wear proper PPE, mask & gloves, and makes sure the transport vehicle is clean and sanitized. So if there is anyone in this area, ambulatory or non-ambulatory, in need of transportation to non-emergency medical services, definitely go with Patriot. In my personal experience, Matt has a very pleasant and cheerful disposition. And if you like good conversations about all kinds of stuff, you’ll definitely have an enjoyable transport experience with Matt. The rates are very reasonable with Patriot, but especially in terms of quality of service, I’d pick Patriot over Uber any day.

My husband broke his pelvis and had to be transported from a hospital in Atlanta to our home in Athens. My husband raved about the pleasant conversation and gentle driving of Patriot Medical. They did a great job of minimizing my husband's discomfort and making the drive as smooth as possible. Highly recommended.

I can not say enough good things about our experience using this service. They were on time, very professional and the driver stays with the patient. I heard horror stories of family members being dropped off and waited over 3 hours to be picked up. This was a very positive experience and we will always call Patriot Medical for future needs. In fact we already scheduled another transport. My mother spoke very highly of the driver and said he was very friendly. The most important thing to me was they stayed with my Mother the entire time.

Wow what great service! Called before arriving and allowed us to extend our pick up time, even on Christmas Day! Great service that allowed our family to be together for Christmas!

Great service. Prompt and friendly. They asked if I needed a wheelchair for assistance. I was having a minor medical procedure so I did not think I would need it . They brought it just in case. Thank God because the minor procedure left the lower half of my body completely numb. There is no way I could walk. The wheelchair was great and the van they used had plenty of room. I highly recommend Patriot Medical Transportation.
