When I first moved here it took them three full days to turn my water on. I was told it would be the next day. And now my payment was late (yes, I know I shouldn't have let it go late in the first place. I'm a busy single mom and sometimes things slip my mind.) So they turn off my water with no disconnect notice or late notice. There phone secretary was very unhelpful and told me that I will have to wait another day to get my water back on! Now I have to figure how I'm going make lunch and dinner and baths for tomorrow with no water!! Very inconvenient with babies in the house. Thanks for nothing wishing I could change companies!

They sure are quick to turn off your water and make you wait 48 to 72 hours to have it turned back on.

9/3 called to disconnect service and they said ok but couldn't tell me when. I insisted to know when I would no longer be responsible as we had sold the house and was told they didn't know. I kept insisting and they hung up on me. Real nice way to run a business....

There is no emergency phone number to call when Patterson Water Supply during non-business hours. So if you lose water pressure during Saturday or Sunday , you have no water to cook , wash or the flush your toilet. Since we live in the non- incorporated area of Denton County we would have to drive 10 miles to try to find a business open to use the toilet. If we have a fire our house would burn down before the closest fire department could respond. What a racket !!! Well the water is back on and I have ran the water to clear the air from my water lines. They need away to notify their customers when this type of failure happens. In this age of electronic communication it is easy to let the customer know about the issue and when the issue has been corrected !!! I changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 star hoping that they will come with said notifications system.

They just took over the management of our little community and things are looking up
