Paul's Arizona Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend. I thought well maybe they were just being nice and at least the place must be somewhat fair. I went there when my 2010 flex was having issues with lights and I called around and looked on forums to try to fix myself. I thought it was a body control module which would cost upwards of 300.00. I went to Paul's and told him what the problem was and what I thought it might be, he immediately told one of his mechanics to look at it and then he was speaking to another lady whom was asking about buying a used car and he was telling her what he thought of that brand and she told him she had actually already bought it for her dad and he told her to bring it in and he would look it over for her for a very low cost and her dad was leaving across the country in 3 days and he told her to bring it in and he would take care of it for her right away and he would make time for her. Then the mechanic came back in and said he found a bad fuse (now I swear I checked the fuses 1st thing right away) and Paul did not charge me for anything. No diagnosis fee not even for the fuse. I have since brought him a rv to convert my dash ac from r12 to the new r134 and when I called around for prices it varied from 680.00 up to 1,750.00 and I took it to him and it was less than 300.00. I now take all my service work to him amd I refer all others I know whether they ask or complain about their car having problems. I just took my other rv there for brake problems and a ujoint issue and a battery charging issue and power steering noise issue. I would trust him with any vehicle I own or even my family's vehicle. Nothing but good things to say about this place but probably the best would be to say they are honest. Hard to find an honest mechanic and it's sad. Go see Paul, no BS only honest work. I would recommend and will be going back if needed.
