Museum closed but the grounds are well kempt, plenty of shade for the Oklahoma 95 degree heat and a new war memorial for veterans...

Have some very interesting things to look at and learn from but was very small was free but donations were excepted. They have a big room that they are going to have a veterans exhibit for the next six months, sounded very interesting.
This museum is small, but man is it informative! I’ve been to many museums but few capture my interest by weaving together a history and culture of a people group I knew so little about. The artifacts are beautiful and stunning, but I was mostly reading the signs because it was all so intriguing. They had a whole room about the unique wedding traditions and i was enthralled. Took about an hour to get through it all. It’s free, but you should donate to this amazing place.
Nice little stop. Smaller than I expected and they were preparing for an event so things were a little more cluttered than it probably looked when I was there.
Learned a lot the volunteers are very knowledgeable
