We bought a couch and chair a year ago. Pawleys was great to work with but now we have an issue with chair and we have only heard crickets from them for last 7 weeks. No follow up from Chris.

She found the perfect cabinets and sofas for me. They also went out of their way to deliver the furniture even after hours to work with my schedule. i was very pleased.

We ordered our table after not only deliberating about the table but the \sight unseen\ aspect. We live in WA state and the prospect of ordering w/o knowledge was unsettling. However, you can be sure to receive the best care in all ways with the piece you order when out of state if that's your consideration. Our entire experience from start to finish has been very positive. Our table is just as we wanted it and looks beautiful in our dining room. The christening is Sat with a family dinner all sitting comfortably around a table that seats 14!
