I had my wedding reception here and it was perfect. Reasonably priced, so reasonable in fact, no other venue around could beat the price. The food was fantastic! Everything was so beautifully decorated I didn’t need to decorate much myself. I wish I could do it all over again! Thanks to Charlotte and Curtis who made everything so easy and stress-free for me. What a wonderful establishment to work with.

I love this place. Boats are stored in a hurricane level facility. The people are amazing. The rent is reasonable. There is a pool/ clubhouse you can join, too if you choose. The only downsides are one of the security guards will hassle you every time he is on duty (which is not often). Overall a great experience. Also, public can launch for 5 with nice parking.
