Extremely disappointed in the fit/finish, software is horrible, we only received this because of snap-on's government sales division. This is not user friendly, work area is limited, and the proprietary software is miserable to use. Unless you are doing production work, I would use this as a last resort. Don't expect a 24 hour tech support, and all software and service is tailored to upselling and factory service and support only. Provided stepper/rotary set up is low resolution and offers lackluster results. Again this is perfect for a assembly line, but the last choice for a job shop or small business.
