I was going to come here today but after reading all these reviews I’d rather take my business elsewhere thanks to all the honest people rating places I’d rather boycott places like this Hope your business falls as a half owner you should show more gratitude that your customers would consider to choose you

I took my bike to get fixed and it came out better than when I first got it. I’m moving to Florida, but I really do wish I can take them with me.

I went on Yamaha's website to research new bikes... I decided on the Bolt and was excited about the financing offers listed... When I went to find a dealer near me, it pointed me to Wheels of Freedom. I drove to the dealer expecting to purchase a bike. Much to my surprise the female sales associate (she's possibly the owner) was anything but friendly or accommodating I inquired about the offers I read on Yamaha's website, and she rudely told me that she doesn't participate in their \installment\ program, but had some higher cost credit card option instead. I asked her to to explain that to me, but she was generally uninterested in me as a customer... It was a bizarre experience..... So I walked out.

So, I purchased my first bike from this place late summer. As you can imagine, I was really excited but had that experience temporarily halted because of the poor customer service. Although, Caroline and I eventually established a mutual understanding, I initially did not feel valued as a paying customer. In fact, it was actually the mechanic (an army vet) that restored any hope this place had of still receiving my business (coupled with the fact this was the only place that had my bike in stock over a 500 mile radius). All in all, I hope this place realizes that establishing rapport is just as important as selling a product.
