PC Pros was wonderful! Our computer was making some awful noises and we weren't sure what to do or where to go. We found PC Pros online and we are so grateful! Allen was so professional and takes great care of his customers. We brought the PC in early enough that he was able to finish it in the same day! He went above and beyond in repairing our computer and his prices were extremely reasonable. We can't wait to bring our computer back; but this time for upgrades! Thank you Allen!

I took my son's computer he uses for home school to PC Pros. It was completely inoperative. It was around 10:30 AM. By 3:00 PM I received a text saying my computer was fixed and ready to pick up. When customer service, professionalism and good price meet, then became an outstanding feature of quality...EXCELLENCE!!! Thank you PC Pros for your service. You're highlly respected in your trade.

Allen is really sharp with his trade and true to his word his experience and efficiency based on my many years of dealing with technical people in the customer service field and business owners parallels with the best of them. He assessed the situation and let me know what the price was up front and how much time it would take and did what what he said in the time it took to complete it! As a business owner myself I highly recommend him and intend to use his business in the future.
