I called Darrell to fix my PC and he came right out and worked on it for a few hours. After about a week I was able to take time to use it and I couldn't get it to work for me .I called Darrell again and he came out the next day. He fixed my PC very quickly and I am very satisfied with his work at this point.
Darrell was very fast and professional. He was able to come out with short notice on a Sunday afternoon to diagnose and repair my PC. I had a complete swap of my mother board, and now after his services everything is up and running perfectly, i will be using them again for any other computer repairs in the future.
This man is fully aware of everything that took place throughout this entire interaction. I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied and will openly state that I do not recommend. I implore you to look very closely at his reviews. (the real ones, not the distractors).
