Excellent experience...we had several computers that needed various repairs and they went above and beyond what was needed. Their pricing was more reasonable than other tech repair stores and the staff are very knowledgeable. Only thing to report is that they didn't have the work done as promised (by a week or two), because they said they became swamped unexpectedly (it was the beginning of the pandemic when people started working from home). We had to keep calling for the status, but we were ok becoming a lower priority because ours was not a rush repair. They were more than accommodating for the inconvenience. We do believe that if it had been a rush repair they would have gotten the job done faster. We will definitely use them as our go to place for any of our device repairs for now on.

They fix my iPhone X screen and the True Tone option disappear from the display settings of my phone, they keep saying that they didn’t do anything to the software and of that I’m aware, but that option (True Tone) disappear because Apple makes it that way so people can tell if the screen is fake or og, so if you have an iPhone 8/8 Plus or newer and before fixing the screen with these people you got the True Tone option and after fixing it here that option disappear, is because the screen is not Apple original. Also there is multiple ways to reactivate this option so you can use it again even if the screen is fake, but they “don’t know how to do it” It’s just funny that the so called “professionals” don’t know how to do their job properly. That option is crucial for me cuz it makes the screen brightness easier on my eyes without having to activate night shift, but guess that’s what you get for going cheap. I’m just saying that if you’re fixing the phone here, make sure everything works, True Tone, 3D Touch and also the brightness of the screen match the original, if you just going to believe their words that “this screen is like the original” you gonna be really disappointed. Kinda thinking on getting a refund tho.
Brought my laptop computer in for a major issues. The laptop hinge was broken and another panel detached. Additionally, the computer would turn on and shut off. Brought it in and was greeted by very polite, professional and attentive employees. They quickly diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts and completely repaired the computer. It feels and runs like new and the price was fair given the level of damage. I'll definitely come back if I have any future issues with my devices and very highly recommend this place to anyone.
Came here with an issue with my Xbox One X. The woman who greeted me when I walked in was very friendly and attentive. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my system and communicated very well what the issue was. Price was fair and I will continue to come here for any issues tech related. I recommend this place. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and attentive. Thanks guys.
They replaced the fan on my Nintendo Switch in under an hour. Great customer service and got the job done quickly and effectively.
