Brittany Yeager was wonderful..We had purchased a Delta Faucet set several years ago and did not know it had a lifetime warranty..Brittany was kind enough to order the parts and we now have a working faucet handle and did not have to purchase a new set..Thanks Brittany

Our experience has been wonderful. Arica was great, and helped us pick out a brown Elkay Quartz Luxe sink for our kitchen. We wanted a dark color, but were very concerned that it not show dried water droplets, and that it would look good without constant cleaning and wiping down. It has been amazing. It always looks great, and with very little care. The large single bowl sink has been great for pots and pans. We are very happy with our purchase and will continue to go back!

Customer service is terrible. I arrived Friday at 4.35 pm. Despite the presence of employees, none of them offered support. I saw four of them sitting and elaxing.\ No plans to return to this place.

If there is a negative star on Google for this place I will give it to them . There were so nice to us when we spent 1000 , we came back to them to buy another toilet seat and spend another 500 and return an item the we purchased in the previous order and they refused returning it because it does not have a box . We have the receipt and we purchased the item 5 days ago the item was never used and we purchased it for 100 . IF YOUR POLICY IS SO STRICT ABOUT RETURNING AN ITEM ,PLEASE LET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE BOX TO RETURN . we hire contractors to do the plumbing work we don't keep an eye on boxes if we are not aware of the return policy . Amazon ,Lowes ,home depot and ALL the other companies have NO issues returning an item with no box .we were not even refunding the item we wanted to purchase something and pay 400 with the 100 credit . But I guess you lost my business and I hope everyone will see my review so they can know the truth about you guys and be aware before spending a penny with you guys. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THE WAY THEY GREET YOU OR THE SMILE THEY SHOW YOU . They are the definition of BAD BUSINESS .

We came into the Lawrenceville showroom with a real problem on our hands. Our 20 year old Kohler fixture seized up and was beyond repair. All we thought it needed was new gaskets. Boy, were we wrong! The receptionist put us with Brittany Yeager and she turned out to be our Angel. Brittany found the replacement four hole kitchen faucet AND delivered it to us the next day. What fantastic service!!! Brittany's extensive knowledge of all product lines and her professional handling of our needs found us a Delta Victorian Pilar kitchen faucet Model 2256-DST that exceeded our expectations.
