I always bring my dog to this location.....But today I was in shock when I stop to pick up my Puppy. I asked to take some of the length because was long. When I arrived the professional who took care of my puppy shaved off all his hair . I am sure if they have called me to explain why it was needed to shave off , I would definitely understand and say it’s ok to do so. But doing without a respectful call to let me know what’s was going to happen. Unacceptable!!!
