The Container Store has great and tempting products and solutions. However, they don't deliver. I mean that literally, I have not received my order in over three weeks and cannot get an update of the delivery date despite four phone calls and a couple of emails. No response - so very frustrating. I also received damaged goods in an earlier order I actually received a couple of months ago and can't get a response on how to get it replaced. I like the products - I would like to get them. (I don't live near a store.)
