It's ok, the people are nice but they have so much business the wait is long... Didn't fix a problem during my service and I had to bring if back for another long wait even though the they stated they would fast track it. 3 more days go by no word... Finally get a call they won't charge me for not picking it up the the afternoon they did call. So, I like the people enough to stay with them as a customer but make sure everything is right before you leave so you don't have to experience long wait times.

Called the Parts Department to Verify Before I ordered, The Part Still Did not Fit. I had to pay to ship the Part Back, Then I was Charged A Re-Stock Fee. Parts Department is a Joke and the Customer Service Department Is Not Much Better.
