Emailed one of the people that work there to see how to get my axes that I purchased from southern grind sharpened. I didnt know, but the lady I had contacted no longer worked there. Another guy emailed me back with instructions on how to go about the process. His name is Darren head. He was super nice and super fast to return emails. Businesses need more people like darren. He went above and beyond for my situation and I really do appreciate that. Hopefully everyone in that company is as polite and quick as he was. Thanks again Darren, hopefully this makes it to your boss. You deserve it!!
