I have to give this place a 3 star because our first appointment went great . The evaluation went good as well . Dr. Fox seemed very caring and helpful from our visits . However once we got back the results it was Father’s Day at 11 pm at night . Then was told we Couldn’t discuss the evaluation until 3 or so weeks later . I instantly felt alone with Result that we couldn’t understand and question we couldn’t get answered right away . I had to make a doctors appointment with my son’s pediatrician to get a better understanding. When I finally got a call from her I didn’t have many questions because I had to seems help else where .I think it was very unprofessional to email someone something so life changing at 11pm and on Father’s Day with no explanation. I feel like as a psychologist and a parent she should be a little bit more considerate about how important this information she’s having to deliver to these parents and reconstruction her schedule to be able to discuss the results with parents with in 24 hours of them getting back there results .In person she seems great but threw email it definitely seems like it’s just a job for her . I will be getting my son re-evaluate in a year but it will not be at this location.

The testing experience was great. We got a appointment pretty fast. They explained everything that they were doing throughout the testing. There was a insurance issue but they resolved it.

I have nothing but great things to say about Georgia Autism Center. From the time you call and get the cheerful voice on the phone to when you walk out the door, it’s a positive experience. I’ve known Dr. Jaymie Fox for a few years now as she has tested and treated my kiddos previously before GAC. She is fantastic! She genuinely cares for her little clients and their families. She gives support, guidance, and advice that best suits whatever situation maybe going on within that family. Thank you Dr.Fox for all your dedication and hard work you give to help your clients. Especially the ones that may need a little more love. ️ -The Christensens

Dr. Fox has been amazing. My 2 year old nephew was formally diagnosed with Autism earlier this year. Understandably, that sent my sister reeling. Unlike his pediatrician and other doctors that she has taken him to, Dr. Fox was warm and accommodating. She was very thorough in her explanations and never brushed off any questions or concerns that my sister had. She has never rushed us out the door and she has never treated my nephew as a \case\. She has gotten down on the floor and played with him as if he were her own. The resources she gave were amazing and the improvements that my nephew has made within the past few months is remarkable. His developmental strides would not be possible if it were not for her compassion and professionalism.
