They were so quick to come out to diagnose what was wrong with my old, tired, noisy and shuddering door. While I had hoped it would be a fix, it ended up being a full replacement. They didn't hard sell me, but clearly explained what the 'band-aid' fix would get me vs biting the bullet and replacing the whole thing. Yes using them is more than DIY at Home Depot, but I know we didn't want to mess with DIY. So we picked a date for the replacement (unfortunately that appointment was 2 weeks out), and when that day came, a great tech came out and quickly replaced the door, its hardware and the opener for me. The new door is now insulated, quiet and has windows (such an improvement on the dark old garage). I've now had it for 3 days, and love it! Thanks, Overhead Door!

Randy was on time. Explained to me what he was doing. He changed out a keypad, did maintenance on the door and equipment. He also was very COVID-19 aware. He wore a mask and kept a safe distance

I contacted Overhead Door in the morning and they were out and my garage door was fixed by that afternoon! And the tech that came out (Corey) was very nice and did a great job fixing our door! Thank you for the quick response and getting out just as quick! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our tech was very nice - great service attitude. Price (to fix opener circuit board was fair) and he was in/out in 30 min. Would definitely use again.

Randy was over the top helpful! On time. Courteous. Went above the reason for the call. I am very glad he was the tech that was dispatched. Quick turn time from calling to set up an appointment to getting someone to come to the house. I would t hesitate to use again. Thank you!
