I got online to make an appointment for a COVID test 20 at 6:45 pm and was able to get one for 7 pm. I was out of the clinic having seen a doctor and gotten my test by 7:20. Can't beat that! Everyone was very nice and professional and I received my full visit report and test results within an hour. Awesome!

Considering I was ill, it was a great experience. Office and exam rooms were clean and modern. Staff is friendly, and put me at ease. I suffer from 'white coat' syndrome regarding doctors and especially dentists but was relaxed during the visit. Doctor asked good questions and listened. He wasn't wearing a white coat which, for me, was beneficial. Had an x-ray. Technician was informative and professional. Doctor looked at x-ray and I got a plan to go forward that worked. No wait time between taking vitals, doctor exam, x-rays or assessment based on initial review of the picture. Follow-up call after the x-ray was read by radiologist to put my fears at rest. I don't want to feel bad but I would return to Piedmont Urgent Care because from start to finish I felt I was in good hands. Thank you so much!

8 minutes, from the time I walked in, been seen, and then back to my car. Very efficient. Also note you’ll have to get a virtual visit first in order to be seen in person. That way they know what test to use and have ready. Virtual visit was less than 5 minutes and very flexible on when they can video call you. I had mine at 6:40pm on a weekday. Staff was friendly in person too.

Easy access, prompt service, short wait, friendly people, plus, my stitches needed were neatly done. My prescription was phoned in for me to my local Walgreens so that was a huge help. 100% positive experience.
