I visited on a January Wednesday. At 9:30 in the morning there was a line out the door and only one postal worker behind the counter. I had to leave. I went back at 2:15. The line was again out the door, but there were 2 postal workers. This would have greatly decreased times if one postal workers had not chatted with customers for as long as 10 minutes and then stood there while someone filled out a form they should have filled out while they were in line. I am sure it is not their fault that the post office was so understaffed, but they could have been more considerate of so many waiting unexpectedly in long lines. I was there for 35 minutes.

This is one of the better run post offices in the metro Atlanta area. It's not even the closest one to my house, but it's one of the few where you can actually drop off your mail on their loading dock, which is extremely helpful as a small business owner, especially during the holidays. Sometimes when I need to go inside, there is a wait, but that's not unusual. I find the employees at this location to be very helpful and informative.
The wait is usually pretty long since it’s the only post office in the area. Overall, the customer service is ok and helpful.

Applied passport at this location: easy scheduling for an appointment online and showed up 15 min early. But there are no sign for people applying for passport like wait here or stand in the line. I stood in the line and luckily called by the guy behind the counter where it says passport. 10 min line not bad but it was during the week day. Tyler who processed by application was professional and took less than 3-4 min to check everything and I’m out of there. Another guy who showed up to Apple for passport was confused about where to apply or who to ask. I hope they can make this clear what the procedure and where to wait.
