Everything went smoothly from setting an appointment for a COVID test to arrival, check in, testing, and receiving my results. It took a few minutes of cycling through to set an appointment so be patient and be ready to commit to a time. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’ve used this location in the past for urgent care as well and they are professional from start to finish.

Drive-thru COVID testers beware! They charged me for an office visit(322) versus a COVID test. They sent me a statement stating I owed 110. Had they billed it correctly my insurance would have covered 100%. Still not resolved. Unless you want to be on the phone for hours to get the billing corrected I would go elsewhere.

Very efficient online booking and testing process. Updates by text if running late. Nice and competent employees. Results in 20 minutes or less. Easy to use insurance. I have had rapid tests at multiple Peachtree Immediate Care locations and I highly recommend them.
