I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with PeakMed as a new patient. Having just moved here from the East Coast I was struggling to find some proper Behavioral Health Specialists that could hear me out and continue my regiment of meds from my previous doctors. The receptionist reached out to me and we spoke for a half hour, really easing my anxieties and was able to book me an appointment just a few days after our intake. Furthermore a day or two later my Doctor called and reached out to me to make sure I was okay and asked if there was anything I needed before my visit. She worked with me very well to get me back on my medications. Overall I am very happy with the care I received. It seems like the people working here really do care and really do listen to you and are here to take care of you, and not just throw you back out into the world, hung out to dry. I'm not sure which center my doctor was from, but if they are all as professional as the place I dealt with, then give them a call. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is feeling lost and needs to speak to someone. It feels like the staff really does genuinely care and I could not have asked for more. I look forward to continuing treatment.

I love PeakMed! Dr. Hetzel is the best doctor I have ever had before. He not only takes the time to really listen to my health concerns, but he really cares about his patients and is genuine. My husband came to an appointment with me once when I was really sick and was so impressed with the office, staff and Dr. Hetzel. Unfortunately, I have had to reach out to him after hours for an emergency and HE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I was speechless. I have never had that happen before. If you are thinking about becoming a member, do it! It is the best money you'll spend. Thank you for the amazing service Dr. Hetzel and staff!
