Excellent service and commutation. All of the CSRs that I spoke with on the phone and online were very helpful. The gentlemen that transported the POD for me were skilled. Our new location is a one way on a narrow road and they had no problems getting in and out. Uhaul on the other hand made a mess and the UBoxes that were supposed to be picked up yesterday morning are still in my yard. A day later and I'm sure no one is coming to get them since it's easter Sunday. Luckily I needed my POD moved to allow access to the UBoxes and not the other way around. PODs has been very dependable and arrived on Good Friday when they said they would. Highly recommended. I would utilize their services again.

My pod was picked up from location A and delivered to its current location. It was placed in the incorrect spot in the middle of the driveway completely blocking it. Customer service scheduled them to come out and Re position. On arrival the driver say he cannot place it on grass. He says he can do concrete, pavement, or GRAVEL. So, I pay 300 to have gravel laid out. I call customer service a second time and ask what their policy for putting the pods on grass is and am told that in fact they can be placed there you just have to sign a waiver. Well, I have already paid for the gravel that YOUR driver said was ok so we schedule them to come out a third time. This new driver arrives and says that he cannot place the pod on the gravel- against company policy. This completely contradicts what the last driver said. So now he just leaves. I call customer service and she goes back on forth with this location. The answer they give me now is that gravel is not an option it can only be concrete or pavement. Funny- because the original (incorrect) spot it was placed in was a gravel driveway. I decide to try with a different customer service agent later because at this point I’ve spent an hour and gotten no where. So I call your customer service line again. This agent tries to help me but after being on the phone 30 minutes and her calling the pods location mutiple times she is unable to reach the store. They just won’t answer. So I end my day settling for potentially a follow up email once your store responds. It’s been two days. I’m still waiting.

Found out there was a 204 dollar charge when I had them come pick it up even though it is not on there web site. Did not even tell us there was a charge when we called to get it picked up found out by seeing a charge on our account. Be aware of every charge if they don't charge the fee at drop off they will at pickup. Update now 6 months after paying them and having the pod picked up they are charging me 1300 dollars because they supposedly didnt charge me for some months but can't tell me which months and my online account with them is no longer active. Am going to try and get a hold of someone but don't hold to much hope. Finally got ahold of some one who tried to help told me they did not pull for any months and that I could check my account and call back and they might could help me with a cheaper price. Called back today was basically told because they pulled the full amount that there is nothing that can be done. I don't have the 1300 this company took at once hence why I was paying monthly. DO NOT USE THEM IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE YOU WILL PAY FOR IT.

They had billing issues, and when questioned, they pass your info along to someone else who they say will call you back..They don't. You send an email, you get the generic 'we rec'd your email, we will reply ...' they do not reply. You get someone else on the phone, they place you on hold to check something, they transfer you to someone who has no knowledge of any of the info you just gave to the first CS Rep, you have to start over. You tell them everything, and they give you the excuse that the local office is the one who messed your account up, now 'they' have to fix it by charging your credit card EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!!

The online ordering process is very easy. The driver who delivered was very courteous and professional. Setting up the pickup was even easier. It definately solved my problem of temporary storage while remodelling.

PODS is kinda pricey, but very convenient. However, I've not had good luck with scheduling. It books up so quickly & you have to schedule so far out. That part is very inconvenient. For instance, the empty POD has been sitting in my driveway for almost two weeks because it couldn't be picked up sooner. That's days that I'm paying for that I'm not even using it.
