I am enjoying my experience with 9ROUNDS and would encourage others to give it a try. It's less than 3% of your day to get in a great full body workout.
Very nice 9ROUND facility/gym. All of the equipment were relevant to experiencing a meaningful workout. The owner was easy to talk to and took the time to explain gym procedures.
9 Rounds, has truly assist with my endurance, flexibility. As, a Veteran, with many physical ailments. The staff works within my abilities and help me advance a little further. I recommend 9 Rounds to anyone who is serious about their fitness.
I liked the atmosphere of the gym and it had all the necessary equipment to get a good work out in, whether it’s weights, cardio, or conditioning.
