My daughter and I first visited this location based off of reviews. The reviews were soooo true! The service and expertise at this location is excellent! Dr. Vaishnav is very thorough and kind. Misha Baylor, one of the Opticians goes above and beyond to not only help customers understand their benefits but also to assist in finding the perfect glasses!! Misha is awesome!
It really has been a while since I got my vision done. This afternoon, I received a call from Jennifer from Pearle vision.She called me and wished me Happy Birthday with a beautiful southern accent. I thought that was the sweetest thing in the world. So I promised Jennifer, I’ll be there to make my appointment and to check their store out soon. I would like to meet Jennifer in person she just as sweet as she can be. I hope they give her a raise for being just nice and kind to customer. You never know what people are going to do under coronavirus outbreak. I work at a 12 hour shift hospital in Midtown, and it can be rough sometimes. I just have to remind myself that the nurses and the staff we are in this together. Thank you Jennifer, for making my Birthday much brighter.. Tina

Very Friendly and professional staff. Dr. V is very detailed and compassionate with her patients and this is something I personally appreciate. Misha helped me with finding my glasses and was so sweet and kind. Excellent at customer care and satisfaction! :)
