This place is not there anymore. I had a testing appointment and spent like a hour looking around where this place could be and asking on foot the businesses around. Till a hotel manager helped me and told me the location might be a Person location 10 mins away at a Primerica building. I missed thr appointment and when I called Person to let them know about all this. They said they would not reimburse me to reschedule for another test. I did not want a refund. I just wanted the fee I paid to take the test to be used for the next test. Since I still wanted to take the test and it is not my fault they have a wrong address on Google. They said no and that I would have to pay again. Advise look at your email confirmation for address not Google

This place has been demolished, I don't know why they are still letting people register here, if you were supposed to take a test here go to your registration account and click view next to your test. The test center there was different from the one showing in the main page. For me was 10451 NW 117th Ave Suite 105 Building 1100-State Farm Bldg; Medley FL Miami, Florida 33178 United States, you could try going there.

Not giving it 1 star because I personally didn’t have any real issue occur. However, they aren’t the rudest staff but definitely not the friendliest either. Very stern and make you feel like if you do one little thing or take long putting your stuff away or don’t arrive when they want you too they are ready to make you leave. Very cold environment. They did sanitize very well so major brownie points for that! Testing center for my preference was too small though didn’t feel like a professional environment.

When your going to take a test (that your already nervous about) you should be greeted with respect, compassion and friendliness. When I arrived at 2:45 (my appointment was at 3pm) the guy working in the front rudely jumped up and said "your supposed to be here 30 minutes before testing" with an attitude. I explained my GPS took me across the street, I was looking for the suite over there before I realized it was the wrong building, and then when I got across the street the building doesn't have any directions as to where the rooms are so you have to walk across thr whole Building. That's why I was 15 minutes late. He smirked at me and turned his back. The way they treat you here is appalling like theyre not even human. Never recommending this center in my life. Management needs to do something about these employees. People that are not good with people should not be working with people. Period. I give Zero stars not even 1.
