Seems to me folks only leave a review when they encounter a poor experience. MFA is a broad company and it seems that some poor reviews are not from my local area therefore I suspect there may be a location performing poorly and it's giving all the locations bad reviews. Anyhow I've used MFA services for 10 plus years and my experience hasn't been nearly as bad as other reviews expressed. I give MFA a five star review because someone needs to speak out positively, and because Billy Bob's review made me laugh.

Ever since MFA took over for S&S propane in the Emporia area we have struggled with the customer service in the office. My husband mailed the contract. Supposedly never showed up. Then he hand delivered it to the Emporia office. Friday we went to the Emporia office to discuss our invoice and that is when my husband was informed there was no contract. Disorganized. Not to mention we also ran out of propane when they first took over. If you read the reviews there is a pattern. MFA oil the best thing you can do is get your customer service figured out. We also will be leaving.

They have the worst customer service I have experienced in years. The day the did leak test and can’t document they did it. Then explain a house mysteriously uses twice the propane they have used in 4 years. If you have a choice do not use this company. yes the tank would be empty if it has a leak.....

If you run out of propane, you better hope you didn't run out of vaseline too, you're gonna need it. They will charge you a ridiculous amount of money for a \leak test\ and then another charge for bringing out the propane right now. And that's all on top of the already crazy high price of the propane itself.

I sure do miss Spring Hill Oil... The customer service and experience so far has been horrible with very long wait times to get propane delivered and prices are way higher than others. If you are looking for propane distributors especially ones that serve the south kansas city area go with someone else you'll be happy you did!
