I spent the better part of 6-months researching potentials alternatives for a custom residential build that I was doing in California. I looked at every possible alternative that you can imagine (spanning the continental US) and Worldwide was the clear winner. Their level of service was outstanding, the cost was reasonable and they were there at every step of the process to assist. Wes Espinoza at Worldwide was a game changer. He invested the time, provided top notch service, gave me honest feedback / suggestions and served as a trusted consultant throughout the process - both before and after the money was paid, which is rare. The entire Worldwide team is great and I cannot recommend them strongly enough. I’m not sure what anyone builds any other way, or with anyone else.

I have to say I am pretty disappointed with the lack of service from Worldwide. We started out with a design and decent communication, then trying to find out more information and get some questions answered has been very difficult. I have reached out with 4 emails and left a message and nothing over 5 weeks from them. If this is how they provide customer service I certainly won't be using them for our house. Too bad, looks like a nice product. Follow up to my original review, today is 12/30/20. After writing this review I was contacted by the owner and sales manager as well to try and make things right. I ended up getting good response on my quote and am set if I decide to move forward on my project with WSB in the future. Obviously they care about service and things slipped in this instance. I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 3 as there still was a lack of response which took multiple requests to get rectified although I feel if I used them there is a chain of command to make sure the project goes smoothly.

We started with another company and boy are we thankful for Worldwide. So far in this process they are the only people who we have dealt with who actually do what they say they will do! A customer service and response time is so fast! My salesman was John and he continues to go above and beyond for me. I would reccomend him and worldwide to everyone I know!! Also everyone who sees my building on the plans is impressed...we can’t wait to see it actually go up!! We didn’t have any issues with our shipment or at all during the whole process so far. Our building arrived 2 in 2 months right when they said it would. I couldn’t be any happier with this company!!
