Fantastic experience. Stopped in just to have a look. Talked to two owners who had stopped by for minor adjustments. They were so enthused about the Pedego Bikes i stayed to talk to the owner who suggested a test ride. After a quick, thorough review of operation of a Boomerang Model i rode it for 15 minutes over flat streets, up and down hills using the Motor Assist came back to the shop and purchased one. Having a ball riding it, over 150 miles in 3 weeks. A fabulous bike, mechanically very smooth ride.

WOW - we were so impressed with the amazing customer service and quality of electric bikes at the Alexandria Pedego store! The Pedego E-bikes were recommended to us by a friend and we were so excited to find the tandem as an option. Thanks so much to Todd and G for all your time and valuable information so we could make an informed decision on our new tandem e-bike and accessories! The best part is we can still get our exercise but also be able to go out for longer rides and more difficult rides through the mountains knowing we have some electric help and make it back safely. Family owned and run! These electric bikes are so much fun and the service is fantastic. Pedego bikes make the ride easier and more accessible. Having knee problems, these bikes are my life saver. They allow me to keep up with my family while still getting in exercise and having a good time. Todd is so kind and understanding. I've never met a harder working bike salesman. I've been here multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience. Can't wait to make more memories with Pedego Alexandria in the future. Hello fun!

If I could give this experience more stars I would! A group of 10 people from my office rented bikes for a few hours to see all the DC sites and monuments. I was a bit nervous at first, but Todd gave a great overview of what to expect and it took one block for us to all get the hang of the bikes. This is a GREAT socially distanced way to spend time with people, get some fresh air & exercise, and enjoy the city while it's still empty! I cannot recommend Todd and his team enough!

Well, is it Todd to make Pedego great or vice versa I don't know , but I can say for the whole experience of buying, assembling and first day of the ride, Bike did what exactly Todd had promised. Nice and smooth ride, safe and secure. Hands down!
