I got my electric bike here and I love it. Best way to commute. The bikes are pretty rugged. I've put about 1200 miles on mine commuting and it still runs great. I came into the shop a few times after that and the service was professional and prompt. I'm used to waiting a week or two to get a bike back from a shop. Here they turned it around the next day. Highly recommend this place.

The store owner is a really nice person. He's not the pushy salesman. He's someone who is self assured and actually has a very calming influence. The bikes are awesome too.

I purchased my City Commuter over a year ago. As a business owner I take customer service seriously. I mention this because Mike (owner of Belmont Pedego) has exceeded all expectations with great service. He has guided me through various modifications that have made my riding experience even more enjoyable. There were a few issues (standard by any measure) with the bike but his response and service were anything but standard. I have well over 2,000 miles on my bike. Pedego makes a terrific product but their service and support are simply the best. I would and have recommended Pedego and Mike multiple times!

Just got back from a great ride on this gorgeous early spring day on the Upper Charles Trail through Hopkinton, Milford, and Holliston. I love my Pedego Cruiser. It allows me to enjoy long rides and great exercise without getting winded by these New England hills. The bikes are well built
